About Joe Shew



Joe Shew is the COO and a Partner at R&R Global Partners. Being a Chief Operations Officer is a demanding position for every professional. They have to be able to handle a difficult environment, juggle responsibilities, and lead their business into success.

Joe’s career journey began at Villanova University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. After completing his degree, he started working at Price Waterhouse, where he honed his skills and used his expertise to help others through the company.

Joseph Shew moved on to work at Disney after leaving Price Waterhouse. During his 4 years there, he held several senior and financial operating roles. One of his greatest accomplishments was leading the department responsible for providing financial support for mergers and acquisitions such as the $19 billion acquisition of ABC.

Joe later decided that he wanted to pursue a career that would allow him to help multiple organizations and companies at the same time. As a result, he helped establish the Farnsworth Group. During his time there, Joseph advised private equity firms, entrepreneurs, and business owners. He assisted them in a wide variety of areas including capital raising, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, or forecasting. He enjoyed helping steer people and companies in the right direction and watching their businesses succeed.

Joe Shew now serves as the COO and Partner of R&R Global Partners, a group based in Bryn Mawr, PA. There, he oversees accounting, finance, reporting, supply chain management, investor relations, and more.

In addition to his work, Joe also spends his time involved in several charitable organizations at both a community and a national level. Under his leadership, Planet Fitness has partnered with career development groups and the Boys & Girls Club.
